If you’ve heard anything about Portion Size Me, then you probably know it’s not about dieting. We aren’t focused on calories and we aren’t trying to be skinny.
But we do have a scale in our bathroom. It’s there for occasional reference, not a daily measure. We don’t talk about it or ask each other about it. I believe we should have a personal relationship with the digital device not a public one.
Well, during our summer cross country trip we were quite sedentary and all four of us put on a

“Their bodies are built and made to digest real food. Fake food can cause the same thing in animals as humans, like obesity, diabetes and heart problems.” Jordan Reid, aspiring crocodile hunter
This quote came up in a conversation with Jordan and it inspired us to revisit each of our Portion Size Me goals and share how we came up with them, why they are important to us, and how we are incorporating them into our lives.

Contact us about organizing a “Snack Wars” event in your
